I have worked extensively as a relief pool driver tester throughout my career, serving at 43 diverse locations, including RMS sites, Service NSW, and Mobile Service NSW. This broad exposure has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of driver testing across various environments.
I was proud to be promoted to the role of Heavy Vehicle Driver Tester, where I specialized in Medium Rigid (MR), Heavy Rigid (HR), and Heavy Combination (HC) vehicle assessments. This advanced role allowed me to further develop my light and heavy vehicle testing expertise, broadening my practical knowledge in a dynamic and challenging field.
In addition to my hands-on testing experience, I have served as a Data Analyst, generating detailed reports for directors and senior management. My role involved analyzing testing data to provide actionable insights, aiding in improving testing processes. I also contributed as a Driving Test Course Designer, creating specialized courses for various testing locations, and played an integral role in enhancing the driver testing experience.
